The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry the meanings described below:

• "Platform" means the bdbdj website, application, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" means any individual registered on the platform.
• "Account" means the personal profile created for each member.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit or benefit granted by bdbdj.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting amount that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account termination.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

Transactions on bdbdj can currently be made through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No deposit or withdrawal facility is available through any method other than these four.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. During the verification process, it may take a little longer. The withdrawal request will be sent to the same number registered on your account.

4.4 Deposit Verification

It may take a few minutes for the deposited amount to reflect on the platform. If there is any issue, notify the support team along with the transaction reference number. If you deposit via one payment method, you will generally need to withdraw through that same method.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bdbdj have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳3,000. Or, depositing ৳12,000 gives you a ৳10,000 bonus (capped at the maximum limit) and your total balance becomes ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 20 times (20x), calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds (৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000).

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on designated games on the platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• If a bonus is not used within the time period stated in the relevant promotion, it will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be considered fraudulent.
• bdbdj reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdbdj and are subject to penalties:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
• Exploiting errors or bugs in games or the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illicit funds.
• Harassing other members or conducting fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Making false claims of winnings or identity.

8.1 Our Rights

bdbdj may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate an account for any of the following reasons:

• If a violation of the Terms is proven.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance for which conditions have not been met will be cancelled.

bdbdj makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following matters:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or technical disruptions from third parties.
